The following page will help you to answer UPS related questions or trouble shooting your UPS problem and save the unnecessary product return shipping fee:

If you still cannot resolve your UPS problem, then follow our RMA procedure as below:

RMA procedure:
1. Please complete the RMA form with detailed descriptions of the problem for your product.(download RMA form)
2. FAX this completed RMA form with a copy of the original purchase invoice of our store to (408) 943-9309. Or send e-mail to support@metapo.com
3. All RETURNING product serial numbers must match with the original invoice.
4. The RMA Dept. will FAX back to you a RMA number within 3 business days or provide a reason for RMA denial.
5. After you receive a RMA number, then you may return your defective products to Metapo with freight prepaid. We will tell you what to ship, whole UPS with or without battery or just PCB. You need to use the original package box or properly packaging material to avoid shipping damage. Fenton UPS is not responsible for the shipping damage.
6. Your assigned RMA number is valid for 30 days from the date of issue.
7. Please write the RMA Number on the outside of your shipping box (on the address line).
